Project Overview
This project centered on building an autonomous AI interview system that transforms traditional hiring processes. The goal was to create a seamless, intelligent experience where HR sets the structure and Milyonus handles everything else from candidate interaction to deep analysis and reporting. Working closely with real recruitment needs, we defined key objectives around accuracy, speed, user experience, and data-driven decisions. From initial concept to final product, every step focused on making interviews fairer, faster, and far more effective. In today’s competitive talent market, companies struggle with slow, biased, and time-consuming interviews. Milyonus was built to solve this by replacing manual effort with intelligent AI that conducts, analyzes, and evaluates candidates end-to-end while maintaining high accuracy and fairness.

Once the core strategy was defined, we focused on creating an intuitive and powerful interface. The process started with user flows and wireframes to ensure a frictionless experience for both HR teams and candidates.
